Mount Fuji

I’ve just landed from a trip to Japan, having explored Kyoto, Kanazawa, and Tokyo. During the 16 day journey, I averaged 20,000 steps each day, and now I’m looking forward to a few days of rest and recovery.

Overall, my experience in Japan was excellent. I enjoyed the delicious and affordable food, and I didn’t have a single bad experience at any of the food places I visited. The Japanese people are incredibly kind, even those I interacted with only in service roles impressed me with their hospitality.

One of the things that impressed me the most about Japan was the level of security. I felt safe and secure throughout my travels, which is something I didn’t realize how much I valued until I experienced it firsthand.
