A year overcoming sedentary lifestyle

I have been living a sedentary lifestyle for far too long, with occasional basketball games and leisurely walks being my only physical activity for the past ten years.

However, a year ago, after struggling with health issues and going to the doctor multiple times, I decided to take control of my well-being. I committed to working out three times a week, and while the journey has been challenging, the results have been significant. The most rewarding changes I have experienced are the absence of severe back pain and no longer needing to visit the hospital.

Recently, I have seen more and more progress, so I can only look forward to the gains in the upcoming months.
